Laurel Inn Condos is located just 4 blocks from the main street of Gatlinburg. The property has a heated outdoor seasonal pool for your enjoyment. There is also free wireless internet. You have two ways to get back to the downtown area. If you take the sidewalk down Cherokee Orchard Road, then you will come out at Traffic light #6 near the Mountain Mall and Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies. There is also a wooden stairwell that is off the back of our complex that will connect you to Reagan Drive which will bring you out near Ripley’s Believe or Not Museum. This unit is a one bedroom with a King bed in the bedroom. It also has a queen size sofa bed in the living room. The kitchenette consists of a full size refrigerator, microwave, Coffee Maker, and a 2 burner range stove.

    We had the best time. Our condo 406 was perfect. Close to things but far enough away for privacy. Loved it!!!!

    The property was clean and well maintained, the lady at the desk (Linda) was of great help and the convenience of the property made all shops and restaurants walking distance. I've stayed here twice now and recommend it to anyone. Looking forward to going back soon. No way Jose's is a great Mexican restaurant within walking distance I highly recommend. Nothing but good things to say all the way around!!

    My husband and I needed a weekend of R&R -- I graduated with my BS this year, he earned his realtor's license and advanced EMT license, I started a new job and he was promoted, and we recently celebrated our 2 year anniversary. There was no better place (especially for the price) that we could've stayed. We arrived late, but the facility was well-lit and we had no trouble finding parking or getting to our condo. It was a short distance from downtown and we were able to walk to the brewery that night before turning in to rest. We were surprised at how comfortable the bed was -- we slept till noon the next day (totally unlike us, we normally are awake before 8am even without an alarm). A friend from out of town met us and we were able to relax and enjoy her company on the sofa by the fireplace and sip coffee from The Village Cafe & Creamery (a must visit for anyone who enjoys good coffee or hand-dipped ice cream). There was no road noise or loud, obnoxious teenagers, but we were still close enough to downtown to easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. We were pleasantly surprised to see a baby black bear near the parking lot -- park rangers have been keeping an eye on him and determined that he was alone, either abandoned by his mother or his mother died somehow. It was a really neat experience, because neither my husband nor I have seen a black bear outside of a zoo before. Linda at the front desk was very kind and helpful, I spoke to her on the phone several times and she's even sweeter in person. We definitely will be returning to Laurel Inn next year.

    The condo was nice and as described. The desk staff was nice and helpful, but never in the office during the full posted hours of operation. In addition, they gave someone else our room key about 1/2 way into our stay. I was in the shower when the other family walked right in to our condo. Pool and other facilities were nice. Condo was a bit further from town than I thought, though still in walking distance.

    It was fantastic from check in to check out. Clean, comfortable and convenient to downtown but without all the noise when you stay in a location downtown.
